  Great experience with difficult to find Sprinter panel parts - all made very straightforward, thanks to the knowledge and great customer service by the Parts Team. Particular mention should go to Callam who really went out of his way to ensure the correct parts were sourced as quickly as possible. Highly recommended. Thank you SAGA and Team. I’ll be back!

  Fantastic experience! The Parts department managed to source some parts that I was assured would be un-obtainable from another Mercedes dealer, we are so very grateful to have our van back on the road!   I took my Van to Saga Ipswich for a service and due to the branch being closed for a few hours the service couldnt be carried outWent back today and the work was completed and they couldnt have done anymore for me Both the Manager and Emma were so kind and couldnt say sorry enoughSometimes you have to have the "it is what it is " Attitude everyone makes mistakes Van is all serviced thanks to everyone at the Saga Ipswich Branch Thank you Again

  I booked in for an MOT with SAGA in Norwich. The MOT itself was carried out fine, but I want to draw attention to some pricing that left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me want to warn others. My Sprinter van failed its MOT with two worn ball joints and front brake pads that needed replacing. The bill I was given to carry out this work was frankly ridiculous. Over £2100! I called around and got the same work done + new MOT by another garage a few days later for £530. This was largely because instead of blindly replacing parts that had no issue just becausethat’s what we recommendthey looked at the issue areas and fairly sorted them. Whilst Lewis was very helpful over the phone (the second star here is his), the staff member I met when turning up to take my van away was not so friendly. I know one should expect a price hike from a dealer but this seemed excessive verging on a rip off.

  Thank you for your prompt service and professional help. We were travelling in our Sprinter Van via Ipswich. The engine management ligt went on with loss of acceleration power and automatic gear shifting. We stopped at Saga Ipswich and was immediately helped without appointment. Our vehicle was collected and problem sorted within 40 minutes. We could carry on with our journey. Thank you to Saga Ipswich.

  Not had a great experience with these before due to work was supposed to be done and wasn’t, time frames not being kept to etc. due to selling a vehicle I had no choice but to send it into the workshop against my better judgement. They assured me all would be handled fine and sorted and kept in the loop. Went in for diagnostic on the Monday didn’t happen for two more days Came back with a list of what needed doing, I said proceed. Called back a few days later to see how it was going. They hadn’t started it yet. Said it would go in the following week Monday. Called again on the Friday to see if it was still on for this as my buyer was getting nervous. They said it would be later in the week. Went into the shop to speak to manager, he wasn’t available. Just some poor guy on the counter who’s expected to deal with complaints. My buyer said just change the breaks pads and that would be fine as he needed it. I called in there again to say can you just change the pads and we will be done. They said they couldn’t get it on for another week. Then told me they couldn’t get any break pads for 3 weeks. So how were they going to do the work when it was on the rampJust a waste of time and money. I lost my sale for this. How you are still in business I will never know. Kicking myself for going back here
