Robust - Built for the construction site

Grounded.

Experience superior grip and control with the Hydraulic Auxiliary Drive (HAD). Delivering up to 450 bar of hydraulic pressure to the front axle, HAD provides extra traction exactly when you need it. A high-pressure pump on the engine transfers this power, generating up to 40 kW of additional drive energy per front wheel. Tackle steep inclines with confidence and navigate challenging terrains effortlessly - because with HAD, every journey is a smooth one.

Whether you prefer robust steel suspension or a steel and air suspension combination. Two specially designed chassis variants ensure top performance, whether on the construction site or the road. With all-wheel-drive options ranging from 4x4 to 8x8 and high ground clearance, you can tackle even the toughest terrain with confidence. For extreme loads and steep inclines, the turbo retarder clutch provides a wear-free moving-off and braking system, ensuring maximum control and safety in every situation.

The Arocs offers more than ten cab variants for ultimate flexibility. Choose the compact S-cab for tight spaces, the spacious M-cab with extra storage and an optional bunk, or the L-cab for maximum sleeping comfort during long hauls. Every cab is designed for construction site conditions, ensuring excellent visibility, ergonomic controls, and a workspace that keeps you comfortable and in command.
Into your comfort zone

The standard air-sprung driver’s suspension seat is fully adjustable, ensuring lasting comfort even on long workdays. For an even more refined experience, choose the optional comfort suspension seat or the climatised suspension seat, which includes seat heating and other premium features. Designed for durability, the high-quality seat covers are easy to clean and built to withstand the toughest conditions - keeping you comfortable and focused on the road ahead.
Everything under control

In the Arocs, you have control over your everyday work: the stowage compartments, which can be accessed from the inside and outside, offer plenty of space, even for bulky items. Make use of the optional sliding trays to add even more order to your workspace. In addition to a refrigerator or an additional centre seat, you have several options for designing your Arocs to your own specifications.

Active Brake Assist 6

Anticipatory driving style: the latest version of Active Brake Assist can now detect obstacles and critical situations even better and then react with appropriate measures – from clear warning signals to automatic full-stop braking.

Active Sideguard Assist 2

Safety on both sides as standard: the latest generation of Active Sideguard Assist provides even better support when changing lanes, overtaking and turning in complex situations.

Reversing camera system

With the reversing camera system, you can keep an eye on what is happening behind your truck. As soon as you engage reverse gear, the system automatically switches on. This allows you to manoeuvre more precisely and operate more safely.
Heavy Duty Arocs - up to 500 tonnes

There's another Arocs, made for heavy-duty transport moving up to 500 tonnes of gross vehicle weight to the construction site and supports you on the road with numerous features.

Sensitive manoevring

Thanks to the turbo retarder clutch, you can manoeuvre with impressive precision. It protects the load with almost jerk-free transport and finely metered braking characteristics – and supports you in being able to manoeuvre with precision.

Working and living comfort

If your assignments should last longer than one day, you can also choose from two spacious options with the StreamSpace and BigSpace cab variants.

Application-oriented drive programmes

Whether you’re driving an empty truck or under high load through the challenging terrain of a construction site, you have four options available to drive your heavy-duty truck even more precisely, thanks to three selectable driving modes, A‑STANDARD, A‑ECONOMY and A‑HEAVY, or the MANUAL manual drive programme.
