Step 2: Check the Details

Ensure that the quote is:
From an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer within a 50-mile radius of our service centre.

Dated within the last 30 days.
For identical services or repairs, including the same parts, labour, and warranties.
Step 3: Present the Quote

Bring the competing quote to our service centre before we begin the service or repair work on your vehicle. You can either bring a physical copy or email it to us.

Step 4: We Verify the Quote

Our team will review the quote to confirm that it meets all the necessary criteria. We may contact the issuing dealer to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the quote. We may also require to carry out our own diagnosis before any repair works are completed.

Step 5: We Match the Price

If the quote meets all the requirements, we will match the price or offer you a lower price for the same service or repair. Any price adjustment will be applied before the work begins, ensuring you get the best deal without any surprises.

- Our price promise applies to all servicing and repair work carried out on Mercedes-Benz vehicles by Motus Truck & Van service centres.
- To qualify for the price match guarantee, customers must provide a written quote from a Mercedes-Benz authorised dealer that is dated within the last 30 days.
2. Qualifying Quotes
- The competing quote must be for identical services or repairs, including the same parts, labour, and warranties.
- The quote must be itemised, showing a breakdown of all costs including parts, labour, and any additional charges.
- The quote must be from a Mercedes-Benz authorized dealer within a 50-mile radius of our service centre.
3. Verification Process
- Customers must present the competing quote to our service centre before the service or repair work begins.
- We reserve the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the competing quote with the issuing dealer.
4. Exclusions
- Price promise does not apply to quotes that include promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing not available to the general public.
- Quotes from dealers that are not officially authorised by Mercedes-Benz are excluded.
- The guarantee does not apply to quotes for non-genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.
5. Price Match Adjustments
- If the competing quote meets all the above criteria, we will match the price or offer a lower price for the same service or repair.
- Any price adjustment will be applied before the service or repair work begins.
6. Limitations
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our price promise at any time without prior notice.
- Price promise cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
7. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute regarding the terms of this guarantee, the decision of our service centre management will be final.
